The amounts for reservation fees, deposits, cleaning, and other charges are as shown on each property's page at any given time.

All properties require a damage deposit to cover any damage caused to the property or condominium. The deposit amount will be held upon check-in if checking in person, or within 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation if using the online express check-in option. Guests will not be charged; the hold will prevent them from accessing these funds until they are released.

If no damage occurs to the property during your stay, the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card upon departure, up to 7 days after check-out.

If the property is not returned in the same condition, the deposit amount will be held until payment for the damages is received. The reservation is subject to cancellation if the deposit cannot be authorized. Therefore, it is important that guests ensure their credit card is valid and has sufficient funds. If it is not possible to hold the deposit, you will be notified by email or SMS and will have 12 hours to try using another payment method.

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.

Payment options:

Reservations can be paid for with American Express, Visa, or MasterCard credit cards.

Guests are also subject to the specific rules of each accommodation.

Pre-registration:

Once the reservation is complete, the cardholder will receive an email or SMS with the booking confirmation and important information about the accommodation and additional services (such as transfer or extra cleaning).

Guests will be required to complete an Accommodation Form, which is essential for preparing their stay. The Accommodation Form will request the arrival time and the total number of guests so that the appropriate amount of bed linen and towels can be provided, as well as the required information regarding immigration and border services.

Guests must indicate the exact number of people on the Accommodation Form.

The number of guests specified in the booking cannot exceed the number of guests present at the accommodation. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, EL PATIO DE GRACIA VINTAGE HOME reserves the right to ask guests to leave the accommodation without compensation or refund of fees paid.

EL PATIO DE GRACIA VINTAGE HOME is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the Booking Form.

Any attempt to alter or modify the original information will invalidate the Booking Form and result in the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation Policy

Once the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

a) The guest will be charged 50% of the total booking amount if they cancel up to 30 days before the arrival date.

b) The guest will be charged 100% of the total booking amount if they cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date.

In the event of overbooking (i.e., simultaneous bookings for the same accommodation) at the property reserved by the guest, the guest expressly acknowledges and accepts that EL PATIO DE GRACIA VINTAGE HOME may reassign the booking to accommodation of the same category (guaranteeing in all cases that the quality of the accommodation provided is equal to or better than that of the accommodation reserved by the client), at no additional cost to the guest and without the guest being entitled to any compensation from EL PATIO DE GRACIA VINTAGE HOME for this reason. The reservation holder must be over 18 years of age and remain in the reserved accommodation for the entire duration of their stay. Minors under 18 years of age may only stay accompanied by an adult who is the reservation holder.

The reservation holder must provide a valid postal address, a contact telephone number, and an email address. Pets (of any breed, size, or age) are not allowed at EL PATIO DE GRACIA VINTAGE HOME. The establishment reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises without compensation or refund of fees paid if an animal is found inside.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

In accordance with Article 45, paragraph 1, point (a), of the Schengen Agreement Implementing Convention, the accommodation of foreign nationals must be reported to immigration and border services; that is, all persons who are not citizens.
